Once a single-family home, we transformed this early-1900's farmhouse into an energy-efficient office space and yoga studio. The building now boasts new Marvin Elevate replacement windows, energy-efficient lighting and heating, insulation (it had none!), and a standing-seam roof.

Though the building received a complete interior makeover, we were able to preserve its old farmhouse charm by re-using the original oak trim, sanding the oak floors, and selecting finishes that highlighted the natural beauty of the building.
